Hello Andrew, I am Vitaraag. This Acrostic poem was so good. Would you want to see the Southern lights? It definitely shines better than the stars. Maybe next time you could say what we were doing the acrostic poem for.
I would like to see the Southern Lights - it was overcast and raining here when we were apparently supposed to be able to see them here last year. I would like to see the Northern Lights more though - have you read Phillip Pullman's Northern Light series about Lyra? I really enjoyed it.
Your poem is very breezy and relaxing. I can visualise the lights in the sky. I loved the sentence: “ Shining brighter than stars” What a beautiful sentence! It reminds me of a Katy Perry song!
This is a fabulous and delightful acrostic poem! What other kinds of poems do you know? My favourites are haikus!
Keep up the great work! He Whetu Koe! (You’re a star!) Hasiba
