iMoko

Some things my family and I do to stay healthy are:

  • We go to bed early enough to get a good nights sleep
  • We spend many hours outside most days
  • We mostly only drink water and milk
  • We eat mostly whole foods and prefer to buy organic when available
  • We grow and collect/harvest/hunt a lot of our food (vegetables, beef, mutton, venison, eggs and milk)

    This is a very good list of things that we can do to help us stay fit and healthy!
    Getting enough sleep is a very important one! It is so important to make sure that you get enough sleep each night. It is hard to be a great learner if you have not had a great nights sleep.
    Eating a balanced diet is good too. Everything in moderation is my thinking!
    What is your favourite thing to do outside? If you were told to spend the day or afternoon outside, what would you choose to do?

    For me I would go for a walk with my dog, then come home and read a book outside in the sunshine! This would be a great day!!

    Enjoy the sunshine toady, it is a lovely day out there !!
