SLJ - Fashion Forward
Twenty-Seven Names got their name because they changed the company name from Love Lies Bleeding in 2006 because an American business had copyrighted the name and the company didn't have enough employees to enter into a legal battle with the other company. So they changed their name to Twenty-Seven Names to resemble the 27 employees that were working in the company at that point in time. I think that the name is good for them because it resembles something of the company when it was founded.

Kia ora Andrew! How are you doing? Olive from the Summer Learning Journey here! I'm from the Kaikohekohe Cluster and I've heard Toki Pounamu have been smashing the blog posts! I'm headin' over to read some of yours!
ReplyDeleteThank you for your blog post! I really enjoyed hearing about your opinion of Twenty Seven Names. I think they are a really groovy, self-conscious fashion company. Do you think their merchandise should have the number 27 on their clothes, or just stick to normal patterns? Ka pai on all your hard work!
Remember the end of the Summer Learning Journey is this Friday 24th January! Keep up the blogging, commenting and enthusiasm!
Ngā mihi,
