Vegetable Oil
Onions

Leeks
Vegetable Stock
Creme Fraiche

    It's nice that you're getting these activities done - and pretty quickly,too! What I'd suggest for next time is a little description in your post about the activity. Otherwise, good work!

    That must sound like a pretty good dish to eat - nice! What's the method for making leek and potato soup? Have you tried making this dish before? :D

    It's a really yummy soup.
    When my Mum makes it she cooks the onions first and then adds all the other ingredients except the creme fraiche (she uses sour cream instead sometimes too) and then cooks it until its nearly ready then adds the creme fraiche about 10-15 minutes before we eat it.

    She also said she uses homemade chicken bone broth instead of vegetable stock if she has run out of vegetable stock.
