I think people should come to New Zealand in summer because:
1. Summer has lots of cricket in NZ
2. Also in summer there are lots of A-League Matches to watch
3. The roads are a lot more safer in the summer than in the winter conditions (Snow, Ice etc...)
4. The walking tracks and tourist attractions in NZ are more set up to be visited in the summer months.

ReplyDeleteI agree with you, I think summertime is the best time, but I love the hot weather too and prefer it way more than winter.

I have had two friends from overseas come to visit New Zealand and they both came in the summertime.
I think it is nice to know that you can get outside and enjoy different activities with less chance of rain! You are right the tracks and attractions we have are beautiful in the summer.
....it also makes packing a lot easier and lighter! :)

ReplyDeleteMy favourite summertime sports are Soccer and Cricket. Yesterday my favourite team played in a pre season final and won! Their name is Juventus. They are the top team in Italy. But I like the cold and NZ summer burns me alot so I would like to have summer in another country.
