Waka races in NZ
I Don't won't to do it because if anyone in the crew strokes too late then you would go really slow.
Sailing to a new land
Dear Friend
We have been sailing for 16 days now and there is still no sight of land.
The weather has been horrible and we lost some supplies overboard and two of the casks holding water have sprung leaks so have decided to reduce our food rations to half.
In spite of everything we are all still enjoying ourselves, mainly because of the stories we tell at night about what the new land will be like. It is a great adventure.
I hope everyone at home is doing well.
